1. Definitions
- “Company” / “We” / “Us” refers to JN2T Studio, its employees, and affiliates.
- “Client” / “You” refers to the individual, business, or organization using our services.
- “Services” include web design, SEO, branding, eCommerce solutions, and digital marketing.
- “Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions and any other contractual obligations between JN2T Studio and the Client.
2. Services Provided
JN2T Studio offers a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion.
- Supply all necessary content (e.g., logos, text, images) in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all content provided complies with UK laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Respond to our queries within a reasonable time to avoid project delays.
We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to client delays in providing necessary materials or approvals.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing & Quotes
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).
- We reserve the right to adjust prices based on project scope changes or additional work requested.
4.2 Payment Schedule
Clients must adhere to the following payment structure:
✔ 50% deposit – Due before project commencement.
✔ 50% final payment – Due upon project completion before website launch or final delivery.
For subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, website maintenance), payments are billed monthly or annually, as agreed.
4.3 Late Payments
- Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.
- Non-payment may result in service suspension or legal action.
5. Project Timelines & Delivery
- We will provide an estimated project timeline upon agreement.
- While we aim to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause minor delays.
- The final website or digital assets will be delivered only after final payment is received.
If delays occur due to client non-responsiveness, JN2T Studio is not responsible for missed deadlines.
6. Revisions & Changes
- Each project includes a set number of revisions (as outlined in the proposal).
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Requests for changes must be made before final project approval.
Once a website is approved and launched, further modifications will be charged separately.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1 Client Cancellations
- Before work begins: If the client cancels before project commencement, we may refund up to 50% of the deposit (excluding admin fees).
- After work begins: No refunds are available once design or development work has started.
7.2 JN2T Studio Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel a project under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Breach of contract by the client.
- Use of our services for illegal or unethical activities.
In such cases, we will provide written notice and refund applicable amounts based on work completed.
8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
8.1 Ownership of Work
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final design and website.
- We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio & marketing materials.
8.2 Use of Third-Party Content
- Clients must provide licensed or original content for use on their website.
- We are not responsible for copyright violations if a client provides unauthorized content.
9. Website Hosting & Maintenance
- Clients may choose third-party hosting or JN2T Studio’s hosting services.
- We offer maintenance packages for security updates and content edits.
- If hosting with JN2T Studio, non-payment may result in temporary site suspension.
10. Limitation of Liability
JN2T Studio is not liable for:
- Loss of business due to website downtime, hosting failures, or third-party service issues.
- Cyberattacks, hacking incidents, or client negligence in website security.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018. Client data is:
- Collected for service fulfillment only.
- Not shared with third parties without consent.
- Stored securely with SSL encryption & restricted access.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
- Any disputes will be settled via negotiation first.
- If unresolved, disputes will be referred to UK courts for legal proceedings.
13. Changes to These Terms
JN2T Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
- Clients will be notified of significant updates via email.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
